Beginning April 1, 2022, Altrua HealthShare is better than ever!
Starting today, Altrua Healthshare members can go to any provider or facility regardless of network affiliation with their Altrua HealthShare membership. That’s right! Members can choose any healthcare provider and will no longer be directed to only MultiPlan/PHCS providers.
What does this mean for Altrua members?
- Communicate to your provider that you’re a self-pay patient.
- You can continue with the same provider you are currently seeing.
- Explore other providers. Meaning going just about anywhere!
- You can access a healthcare concierge to help find your best healthcare provider.
- To optimize coverage you should select a preferred provider.
